You had been a great help to us and you had lead us all the way from the basic until now we are standing here and replacing you. You had taught us alot and we will never gorget it. You guys even sacrified your time in order to make our plan a success. Thanks alot and you are welcome to come for any training.

To my Dearest NCOs
Great job done. Remember! We are still in 1 month probation. Choose tis time to prove yourself a good leader. I believe you can do it. Respect the speaker at all time and show a good example to all your cadets. Be punctual and please do what you have told to do with an open heart without showing those attitude of yours. Be a role model and the rest will follow your step.. All the best to you.

A great performance done and your commitment had made the parade a success. Thanks for being supportive and commited. We are the new NCOs and we will try making a difference in NPCC so my wish to you all is be a good cadet and you will one day replace our places. Come regularly for every training with an open heart and listen to your NCOs and respect them. All the BEst people!
